Эмпирический метод
Эффективный метод принятия решений, дающий несовершенный, но неплохой результат. В том случае, когда тщательно разработанный процесс принятия решений представляется дорогостоящим с точки зрения сбора информации и ее обработки, можно воспользоваться эмпирическим методом. Например, компании могут использовать метод ценообразования «издержки плюс», если они не обладают достаточным количеством данных о конъюнктуре рынка для сопоставления издержек и доходов. См.
